We’re so excited to celebrate with you in Norway! Here’s some information to help you plan your journey.
How do we get to Tromsø (TOS)?
Your final destination is Tromsø (TOS), Norway. We recommend exploring flights early and flying into Oslo (OSL) before taking an onward flight to Tromsø (TOS).
New York City has direct flights to Oslo. Direct Miami–Oslo service has operated, but availability for July 2027 is not confirmed; please check your travel dates before planning around this route.
For other options, consider itineraries through Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS), Frankfurt (FRA), or London Heathrow (LHR).
All of the European airports listed above offer direct flights to Tromsø, but some routes are seasonal. Please check availability for your July 2027 travel dates.
When comparing itineraries, please make sure your journey includes the final flight to Tromsø (TOS).
Which airlines should we consider?
Airlines to explore when planning your journey include:
When booking, please check that your flights cover the full journey to Tromsø (TOS), including any connections.
Is there a group travel option?
We’ve submitted a group-travel request through Delta and Air France for travel between New York City and Oslo (OSL), July 8–12, 2027.
The proposed booking requires at least 10 travelers. Fares and reservations are not yet confirmed. If you're interested in the group rate, please contact Amber directly.
The request is for travel to Oslo (OSL); the onward connection to Tromsø (TOS) has not yet been confirmed as part of the group itinerary.
What passport and entry requirements should we check?
If you’re traveling on a U.S. passport, please check its expiration date early and allow plenty of time for renewal if needed.
Current guidance requires your passport to remain valid for at least three months beyond your planned departure from the Schengen area, with at least two blank pages.
Please review the official entry requirements for Norway when planning your trip and again before departure, as requirements may change before July 2027. If your passport was issued by another country, please check the requirements that apply to your country.
